Inside Sales Representative
F.W. Webb, New England's largest wholesale distributor of plumbing, heating, and industrial supplies with over 80 locations is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for its Barre, VT location.
Responsibilities:
Process and maintain customer orders
Create transfers between various FW Webb locations
Attain specialty material though the use of purchase orders
Effectively handle customer service issues
Schedule and manage customer deliveries
Produce bids for customer approval
Manage credits to FW Webb standards
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Excel, word, internet, e-mail and web browsers.
Strong Sales aptitude required. Previous sales experience preferred.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service focus and quality orientation. Demonstrate an ability to create a positive FW Webb experience during every customer contact.
Comfortable working in a fast paced office environment.
Be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times
Prior industry experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
