We will equip you with the valuable skills necessary to work in a medical office.
We are looking for someone with the ability to operate independently and professionally, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to learn.

Greeting and checking in, clients and patients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information Schedule appointments and maintain two computerized scheduling systems (for the clinic and the gym) Operating a multi-line phone system and fax machine, take messages, and provide accurate information to patients, clients, and staff Medical records management including filing, scanning, and organizing documents Collect and process patient and client payments including copays deductibles and out of pocket services Maintaining an accurate cash drawer and reconciling customer accounts when taking payments Educating customers on our services and making sales Effective communication with customers, co-workers, healthcare facilities, and insurance companies Maintain compliance with HIPAA Maintaining inventory counts for office and clinic supplies About the company:

Our staff consists of licensed physical therapists, licensed athletic trainers, and certified personal trainers who work collaboratively to provide a safe, welcoming rehabilitation and fitness space, especially to those who may not otherwise be comfortable in a gym environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience or strong interest in working in a medical office, a basic knowledge of or interest in learning medical and health insurance terminology, the ability to operate independently and professionally, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
Regardless of experience, we are very open to training the right person.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
