This position provides a wide range of administrative support to Medical Group Practices (MGP) Administrative Directors and Managers. Duties include coordinating per diem staff schedules, monitoring staff competencies, managing the associated competency system, ensuring all MGP clinical and administrative policies and procedures remain up to date with current regulations. Interpersonal and communications skills are essential for interaction with all levels of staff within MGP as well as outside customers; while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and promoting customer service. Position requires ability to collaborate with staff of all levels within MGP and assist in facilitating duties within the MGP administration team. Duties require the executive secretarial training equivalent to a two year Associates Degree or a high-school diploma and equivalent secretarial experience equal to two years of college. Proficient with a variety of computer programs (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and publishing software) and any other programs necessary to carry out the duties of the position. Good communication skills on all levels, orally and written. Ability to interact with all levels of staff as well as outside clients and customers is essential. Must be customer service oriented. Proven ability to manage, prioritize tasks and work efficiently and quickly.Minimum of three years of administrative healthcare experience and the proven ability to be proficient in all areas of assigned duties.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
