Job Details:
The Manager Of Environmental Services Evening/ Night Operations provides leadership in the planning and delivery of evening/ night operations related to Environmental Services at The CVH Campus and offsite practices run by the CVMC Environmental Program.This position is specifically responsible for overseeing housekeeping and support services ( transport and floor care staff) in the Operating rooms, emergency department, public areas, outpatient areas, and office areas. The manager may assume administrative responsibility in the absence of the Director of Environmental Services.Associates degree or equivalent combination and experience in Environmental Services, Hotel/ Hospitality Management or Facilities management. Demonstrated understanding of employee motivation and development, cleaning techniques, and team building skills. Knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies and equipment is also required.Five years of cleaning in the healthcare, educational or hospitality industry. Two years experience managing and overseeing institutional cleaning.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
